Manchester United’s new hero Marcus Rashford has proven he’s as level-headed as they come after his goalscoring antics against Arsenal.

The quality 18-year-old forward became a huge hit at Old Trafford after scoring four times in his first two matches and you could forgive him for thinking he was already a global superstar.

But the day after he scored twice against the Gunners, Rashford was straight back to school.

The striker turned up for lessons on Monday morning at Aston-on-Mersey School, Sale, Gtr Manchester.

And after being asked about his astonishing four days as a first-teamer, he told The Sun: ‘I’m over the moon.’

Rashford is believed to already have nine GCSE grades A-C under his belt and he is supposedly taking A-levels this summer.

A source told The Sun: ‘Marcus is a very level-headed guy and he knows his education is really important.

‘He could have scored 10 goals against Arsenal and it still wouldn’t have stopped him coming back into school and working hard.

‘Marcus only got into the team last Thursday because of a last minute injury to Anthony Martial – none of this was on his radar.

‘But no matter how cool you are, it’s got to be a strange feeling to go from man of the match against Arsenal – to back to school on a Monday morning.’

What a guy!
